Help!! Should I do my OWN first service??

i bought my bike from private owner, but his first service reads as follows: parts, engine oil, filter. gn4 oil 10w/40 gal,oil and filter disposal.parts totaled 26.74 . NOW ON THE LABOR SIDE, it reads as follows: labor, first service, carbs were out of (synchronization)labor totaled 121.25 they also charged him 5.00 for shop supplies. i guess the additional 5.00 was for the use of the five dollar word.BUT seriously the first service is a very important document! without it suzuki could,if they chose so,not honor your warranty. this has been told to me by every dealer that i have purchased a bike from, and in several states.heres another example, i'm in the process of transfering the suzuki extended service agreement that the original owner purchased at the dealer when he bought the bike.the extended warranties for suzukis are underwritten by GE auto warranty services.THE FIRST QUESTION they asked me is, do i have the service records including the FIRST SERVICE,that were performed on the bike!the second question was when did i purchase the bike, because there is a 15 day period ONLY in which you are granted the right to transfer this extended warranty.you also need the previous owners written permission to do so.SO AS YOU CAN SEE, they don't make it easy, and a dealer friend of mine said to me, the warranty people are sticklers about these documents.
