Not every transaction with a seller no matter how much he's worshiped is a smooth and pleasant one . I'm sorry but thats just how it is . You live and learn and hope you don't get burned . Some Dealers take better care of certain customers . It's a fact of life .
Daniel has been fantastic in any dealing that I have had with him, and I I had a recent parts deal with him and he was more than patient with me and kept me up to date 100% on a time frame for our deal, was never once bothered by my phone calls even though he was busy as all get out trying to get another members bike ready. When we did meet, he GAVE me a set of short velocity stacks and would not take any money for his trouble. He is an absolutely stand up guy. Daniel, I absolutely do not want to see you go! I will stay in touch and I still would love to come and visit you for a couple of days as you so graciously offered. I have got your back brother. Do not let the ill will of a few spoil the positive feelings of the many for you.

Ill add one more positive story. Same as turbojonn he sent me a part for my cbr for free and would not even take the money for shipping $8. When we spoke again he asked me how it worked out i said i couldn't make it work (i was trying to make a pipe from a different bike fit I needed an oversize hanger) he sent me a second one for free again would not even take the money for the shipping another $8 so he sent me 2 free parts and spent at least $16 of his own money just to help out

I have never met Daniel, or done buisiness with him, but wouldn't give it a second thought to do so ! When dealing with people it's impossible to make everybody happy.
I think the MAIN thing hear that SUXX, is it doesn't sound like were just losing a sponser, but an ALL AROUND GOOD PERSON !! And that is sad, to say the least !!
People that look out for others the way all of you have said Goldenchild has done for you, do so because they have a big heart, so when it backfires in thier face, it truly hurts, and I hate to see it happen !!

I have never had any dealings with him but would if the situation was right. One thing with this whole issue that hasn't been addressed, or asked about, is the specific claim regarding taking the product out of its original package. I'm not talking about the original shipping box, but the packaging the item was in from the manufacturer. I see no point to remove the item from that. That would be a big issue with anyone here, not just species. I would be bothered by ordering a new part and receiving an item not in the original box. I don't care about repacking the shipping box. No flaming please, just an observation and a point not brought up yet in all this! Here, I'll flame myself.....

Second, the issue could have been resolved with him sending the part back or asking Danile why his product came the way it did.
So the real question is why didn't he do that first, rather than slam a good person.
Bottomline, Species shouln't have made this situation a public matter.
I agree it should have been handled differently. Transactions sometimes have hiccups and not everything goes smooth. I only hope, as was mentioned several times, that one loud complainer does not push Daniel out. However, we can't force him to stay. I could read a certain frustration level in Daniel's responses and rightfully so. But the majority here know Daniel is a great guy.

You know it probably could have been handled different . Thats the mentality others take until its their hard earned money circling the drain. And you have to ask yourself why does one unsatisfied customer have such a impact ? It's an attempt to martial support from all his Loyal followers against
this one customer . Now all of you are blaming this guy cause Mr. D has threatened to leave . Everyone was playing nice until someone made Mr. D unhappy and now he's taking all his toys and leaving everyone with nothing to play with . Sounds Childish doesn't it .
This is the reason I've been dealing with locals lately . You see what you paying for . Even if you have to drive 20-30 miles to get it you get it that day and you know what you're getting .

Well its very apparent you don't care for Daniel and that your choice for whatever reason. Just like its our choice to purchase from whomever we want and to defend those that have been good to us. Don't believe for a second that Daniel is the only vendor here with all the toys, theres a select small few here that are comparable to Daniel and when someone steps to the plate wrong at them, I personally we come to their defense just like I did with Daniel.

GC put a chain & sprockets up for a raffle here. I won them, ordered a few more items. He said part of the order would be hard to find again. All upfront info.
He said he would ship to me, then I could pay. No lie ,and my first deal with Daniel. I paid for all upfront knowing part of my order could take some time.
He offered to refund item that couldn't be found. I still have the PM's.
Lost my phone and all numbers. I was to lazy to dig up your #. So I only PM'd. Daniel, PM # you would like future biz?
Is anyone sure a screen name has not been boosted? I been geting alot of emails stating you password was requested or reset. So someone is def trying to steal my screen name.

I will address a few concerns i see here..
first tinmann,you were caught between two brake pad deals one for just fronts(your deal) and other for a full set(another customer).I sent you a front set only and put the letter in wrong box other customer owed more money,I apologized when I realized the mistake and gave you a complete front set(2 pairs) for $45 shipped( my cost was $27 a side plus shipping to me and shipping to you and paypal fees,another deal where I made a ton of money(lol) and your still complaining,sorry I held you up(same thing I said when i realized it happened(guess that just wasn't enough)..
Anybody else that wanted to complain my phone didn't ring once Saturday all day from 9am to 6pm so I guess you really don't have an issue with me or you just feel it's easier to sit behind a screen and talk.I try to help everyone I can and most times at a monetary loss but that's not what it's about to me I enjoy what I do and that is payment enough.I'll recieve my blessings at the gate one day and you can't buy entrance to that place..
To all that question why I repackage some items(i do this all the time cause I'm anal and if box gets lost I got proof to be able to take pics if I'm ever questioned..The funny thing is if you order the same parts from schnitz or the manufacturer of the same products I shipped and recieve them you will not wonder anymore why I repackaged them or whats in the package.If you had read the statements above each pic it would tell you why I did...The items came to me in one big box with 4-6 bubbles but in their own individual boxes with no support around them in their packages.do you know how they treat items at shipping centers?would you want your new electronics items that are not already packaged well to be tossed,dropped,slung in all manners to not be protected?This person says he didn't recieve a original reciept(proof from paypal would be suffice if he needed a reciept),no dealer sends the original reciept as they need it if something goes wrong for proof of purchase and tax reasons.the products didn't come with any stickers so what did I take?nothing...why no warranty papers there were none in the boxes when i recieved them other than what schnitz sends with the receipt talking about return policys,restocking fees and that electronics can be tested but not returned but that would do him no good anyways as electronics items really carry no warranty other than can be sent back for testing,which is why I was getting item from manufacturer(a little more leverage and I know the guys there pretty good......you will see all the lies he tells if you got to sh.org and do a search in the wanted section for him saying schnitz was out but then you see him state later they had it in stock all the time which one is it???If schnitz had it all the time why even respond to my pm????also he mentions my account with dynatek..the reason I had to redo it was they cancelled it due to nonactivity but the guy I dealt with didn't realize it when I first placed order so it sat in limbo till I called back after not recieving item and this was told to species....if he hadn't posted it was me on sh.org I could copy and paste the pm's between me and him..makes your wonder if he knew mentioning my screen name was another way to cover up the truth...I'm done witht his topic since noone called to voice their misery with me and I thank you all again for the support.Take Care...

I have spoken to Daniel several times on the net and a few times on the phone. I have explained my situation to him about my racing, and you wanna know what his response was...Hey man, I can help you out! I will help sponsor you and your racing.
Daniel didn't know me from Adam, but, he saw it fit to help me out so that I can half way afford to race. I can't think of anyone else that would do that just out of kindness.
He just takes my word that I will promote his business as a sponsor..he has NO proof! He just trusts me to do so...and I DO!
Therearen't many people like Daniel around anymore, then some azzhat like Species comes along and tries to start shid! That isn't right!
I personally hate to see GC leave. He gives alot of good advice, and tries to help when he can.
Hey Daniel, let the board do a poll, and then after the results are in, then think about leaving if you want, but, atleast see what the majority of the board wants... Is that ok with you? Would you be willing to hang with the .oRg under those conditions??
Just don't want to see a good guy leave 'cause of some freakin goofball!
