Communication System Recommendations

I'm looking for recommendations on a communication system. I want:
1. PTT bike to bike
2. VOX rider to passenger/passenger to rider
3. MP3 player input
Also desired are:
4. radar detector alert input with volume reduction/override of everything else
5. GPS voice message input

I'd like to see a price of around $500 or less, but will consider more expensive units if features/quality warrants it.

Chatterbox's new blue-tooth is a good one for all your requirements.

I don't know about the price, though.
