I had same kind of problem whith gen 1 busa. Fault was allso in radiator cap. Advise to check (ore just replace) it before doing anyting else, its cheap and dosent have to be original sparepart, I think mine spare is Honda car's cap. Just chec the opening preshure is same and offcourse that it fits nice and tide..
