The poor bloke on the blue busa does need some assistance but he's not leaning over far enough for the body to become an issue.
If you guys would stretch your neck out and poke your chin towards the corner rather than simply turning your head it would force your upper body to turn into the corner as well as get your head and shoulders off the side of the bike. Your chest should be open to the corner, chin stretched out towards where you are/should be looking and your body position will improve tremendously.
If I were your instructor at the track I'd also suggest you get your head down. However, on the street with your head down while hanging off the bike will get tons of unwanted attention from the men in blue!
One thing that concerns me is your choice of places to practice your cornering. If one of you happen to fall down those guardrail post can decapitate you. You'd never catch me railing that corner!
