Ahhh, got it. It's pretty dry down here and my bikes rarely go out in the rain and are always garaged. Water ingress has never been an issue.

Hi everyone,
Read a topic a few weeks ago regarding cracked swingarms.
Checked my 99 and mine is cracked in the same location.
Around the chainguard locating bolt holes on top of the swingarm.
It looks like there was too much interference when the manufacturers installed the tapped nut serts and cracked the surrounding metal.
I don't think this is a safety issue as the cracks are in an unstressed area of the swingarm but would appreciate any input from Board Members.

Is there a link to the service manual for second gen’s on here? My rebound adjuster is stuck down on the left and on the right it doesn’t do 10 clicks. So I think the nut moved way too much when assembling for forks. So I have to pull them back off and readjust that. When placing the rebound...
