Crash verdict?

If this were in Michigan, it IS legal to pass on the right but only when conditions are safe to do so. If there's no way to take speed into consideration, I don't see how anyone would be judged to be at fault here. As someone previously mentioned, the rider is probably not going to submit the video as evidence. Unless this has already played out in court a/o with insurance, I can't believe he even has this on the internet. Slim chances it would come back to bite him but I sure wouldn't be taking chances after the run of luck I already had surviving that crash.

Hmm not sure what state this is but if it were In wa st this guy would be on his way to jail nothing like this is allowed and if we did drive this fast its on a track or out in the mountains
