That is different, how loud is it (with the 3 baffles in it)??  Comparable to the yosh?  I have never seen that before, I have ridden around the block before with out the silencer on before, man that was loud.

...It is not as load as my old gsxr1100 which was fitted w/a yosh pipe......it has a bassi rubble at low rpm, it does wake up at throttle, put it this way I probably wont be goosing it in town any more.....:42:

....interesting idea....the only thing that would concern me would be, flow characteristics, the buell being a 2 cyl. verses the busa 4, the size of inputs and how many, also the volume and output size.......building mine I tried to keep volume and output size the same, not wanting to remap, keeping things as simple as poss......160 bhp is plenty for me.::r{{

I would think that without a visible can you will pulled over by every cop you come accross, especially if it is even marginally loud. I guess it would be no different than a Turbo'd bike with a dump only. Very different though, my hat's off to such ingenuity.

Looks good. I would think you could loose HP on the Mid RPM's? what did you notice on your idle RPM's when you made the change?
