He should have painted the whole front wheel instead of leaving the edge undone, IMO, but it is different and not so flashy, yet still custom!

The front wheel is completly painted silver it is just the way it is parked
and sun shining on it makes it to look if it is polished
The cost of this job in $800.00 app
