Interesting reading, that one young guy 21 years old, got his learning permit one day the next day purchased his new 1000 cc bike, and died 2 days later.
Very sad to see this. I like the days of taking the riding test on the bike your going to be riding. Here in WA a bit ago we had different levels of endosements, under 500, 500 - 750, and over 750. I like that idea not sure what happened with it.
