Dies in first gear.

I have a 2004 Busa I replaced the clutch pack , the spark plugs and performed an oil n filter change. The bike started fine in neutral. (kick stand up.) I kicked into 1gear engine dies.

My guess is the side stand switch got jostled during your clutch change. BTW, why a new clutch? Mileage?

Is the sidestand switch plunger stuck in? That way, it would send a signal that the stand was down even if it was up. Try pulling the plunger out.

Yes. It had the original clutch pack from 2004. The plunger in the kick stand switch moves in and out . When I tried to Ohm test it. It just read OL .

OL is open line / meaning no resistance .

Test the switch with the stand both up and down. Is it OL with the stand in both positions? If so, it's probably a bad switch.

...and check the plugs on the clutch lever switch...sometimes they like to loosen up or come off...

how´s the shifting?
hard and very noisefull or as usual?

if hardand very noisefull i would say that there is air in the system.

bleed it downside-up like i describe it here and try shifting then again.
