Be as defencible as possible and even that may not be enough.....as i get older--soon 54-i do get nervous--before a ride--Is this the one thats going to get me?

Glad your both Ok, I would have chased that woman down and stopped her, called the police to file a report. Hopefully she would have at least got a ticket and if the LE found it to be her fault her insurance can pay for the damages...Some people. Or was she too far gone by the time you finished tending to Lori.

Yeah, I pro'lly could have caught up to the lady, but all I would have done was pull her out of her car and beat the crap out of her.

Hey diesel. Yeah, I was worried about Lori. Once I got myself spun around I saw she was walking it off, making angry gestures in the direction that the bimbo was headed. Your post was scary at first but I'm glad to hear both of you are okay and your wife is still riding. Maybe it is a good thing that you didn't chase the culprit down ... no telling what you would've done to her in retaliation for making your wife crash.

i dont think i wouldve only got the plate but MADE her pull over! she couldnt have gotten away from the bike thats for sure... and if she wouldve been afraid and went to the police station.. that wouldve made my job so much easier..
