does anyone have a writeup for 03' starter upgrade?

does anyone have an actual writeup of step by step how to upgrade to a 2003 starter assembly?

I know the basics, but there are a lot of gray areas and i really would like to have every part I need before I tear the bike apart and blindly upgrade what I think is the right parts...

Like, gaskets and everything.. etc..

Detailed? with pics even?


My starter is just whirring now(just replaced the starter motor but it wasnt the problem)..and I have no idea why.. but im guessing I broke the starter clutch...
