Someone (an old dude) was admiring the Busa and we got to talking. Even missed my floor off the elevator.

Seems (according to T.O.D.) there is a 36 Km loop of freeway around Paris (The one in France folks) that has people trying to set records to complete the loop.

Supposedly the record is 11 minutes, set by...






Yup, a Hayabusa!

Anyone got any doccumention/info on this?

yes there is a loop in france that goes around paris

i lived there for several months, downtown paris.

that "loop" is a bitch to drive on cause of all the traffic
if some body did that loop in 11 minutes he (or she) had to of been FLYIN hardcore like ghost rider stlye

there is alot of traffic in paris and they drive like NUTS (no joke, they haul azz compared to U S trafffic)

so if some one did do that i would like to see some proof
because 11 min is fast for that route
i used to take 25 35 min to go around and that was going pretty fast in a car.

T.O.D. that I spoke with, mentioned that it was in traffic. But he did not give me anymore details than that.

I think the guy is just lucky that someone didnt pull out in front of him. Pretty crazy lane splitting that he is doing.

Didn't Ghost Rider die doing his loop? I heard that he ran into the back of a parked semi.

I guess he ran out of luck, he crashed and died trying to set a new record. Not a big surprise, I'd say.
