Drag racing clutches

first 3 runs were 12s and 11s last three were 10.7s and track was very hot 135mph . but could feel tire spin in 2nd gear , but had a blast.

I am 175 and I was shifting at 10500, last run I was launching at 6000 that was my best run hitting 4th right at the line

That's to low on a Gen-II. Try shifting around 11,400 indicated on the tach. That should bring your MPH up and drop your ET a bit. Also try leaving with lower RPM but getting wide open throttle sooner. Even if you bog a hair around 3K you can have a better drive down track rather than slipping the clutch and getting the plates HOT... ;)

I can vouch for these clutches. They worked well for me at 272hp on a short bike. We drug the heck out of the clutches trying to leave and ran top end in Goliad too.

same here...330lbs suited with a bit more HP than 276 ..."TRUST ME"...

drag packs are the only clutches I use:bowdown:
