The sad thing i see is this: a nobody hits someone famous, they are looking at 55 to life. someone famous hits a nobody, they're looking at 4 years. Welcome to america, where some folks are more equal than others.

Once again, death sentence is appropriate here. Save lives of the innocent by ending the lives of the guilty. It's only way to ensure that they (the guilty) never do it again and it would go a LOOOOONNNNNGGG way to keeping folks from trying to drive drunk in the first place.

i have worked in nightclubs 3 nights a week for 17 years, to this very day, i have never had a drink unless it was at home....or I had a designated driver....any tool who drinks and drives is an idiot! In fact if I saw my own friends driving drunk I would in fact call the police on them myself...accidents are accidents but drinking and driving has consequences, how many people do you know that have hit a curb or a mail box and laughed about it as they told the story the next time you see them out and they are drinking yet again, how many times are they going to be lucky before they actually hit and kill someone?

sad just sad!!! CALL A FREIND if you have any that cared for you they would come and pick u up. or walk its not worth taking alife and then spending your life in prison for a drink... Years ago i would get drunk and wake up feeling like $hit, now i look back and dont understand why i did that i always felt like crap the next day. i dont know prayers sent!!!
