** Dry Nitrous Spraybars **

Here is a question that you might like. What do you think of this? I was looking at nos systems and found that all the jets are very simple to make and thought het why dont I make my own spray bar and while at it at each cylinder put its own jet oon the bar right at the entry point kind of like a presure washer so at the individual intake ports in the air box there will be the bar and each jet would point right in their port the bar would be back so it will not be in the way of flow this should give a better flow and more even flow in the motor and really simple to make. So on a dry kit it has one jet and when they say it is a 32 or?? they mean .032" right? I could have four .008" jets I have the capability to drill 9.750" to .0008" I do alot of real tight tolerence parts and could ream .008" and leave a chrome finish under a microscope. Give me you thoughts on this idea.

Yes 4 jets installed in the spraybar will work but there are already spraybars out that are designed that way. I wouldnt want you to copy someone's spraybar that may have a patent. Just remember if you install the jets in the spraybar then each line will have a pressure of about 240 psi. You have to make sure you lines can operate at that pressure.

That is a good point of the pressure as far as the patent as long as I make my own and dont copy theirs it is not a problem in fact you can even buy a part of someone elses and modify it and as soon as you modify it is no longer protected because it is not the same I deal with this situation all the time there really is no big deal. Ok so now I need to look under the hood knowing the pressure is that high I could use a SS braided line or might even be able to somehow connect the celinoid right to the bar that will be interesting to see if it can be done the advantage of that is no worries about pressure. Just a few ideas to think about. What is a good aftermarket fuel pump that would give me no worries as far as going into a wet system one day or do you need two pumps?

Need 1 single dry shot spray bar set up please for 99-07 Busa. Spoke with you a couple of nights ago. Remind me of total and paypal addy. Thanks Ron

I believe he is talking Gen 1 (2004 LE is in his signature)....but I would like to know the same on my Gen 1 2005 Hayabusa 2800 miles, PC III and Tsukigi exhaust. What is safe and what kit do you recommend with what jets?

50 shot with a Gen and a PC3 is no problem. That is with a stock fuel system. Just tune for the 50 shot

Thanks for the input...what is the easiest kit to install and best place to mount nitrous bottle (under hump?)?

If you have a 2lbs bottle the best place is under the hump. I have always liked the NX dry kits ( I like their solenoids) with an MPS wiring kit for nitrous.
