Easiest way to get 200hp??

I just bought a 2005 Hayabusa. I've been out bikes for about 15 years. I used to drag race an 86 GSXR 1109 on nitrous turning low 9's. This "new" technology has me baffled. I've been out for so long that I don't know what to do.
Very simply, I want 200 horsepower too the rear wheel. I don't want the bike to be loud, and I don't care about the cost.

Bone stock busa with a dry N2O setup with a 40 shot will net you right at 200.
Bone stock busa,hot cams,pipe.power commander,no cyinder base gasket net should be at 200
bone stock busa web or megacycle cams,pipe,power commander,1397 piston kit,lightly cleaned up head should net you 200+
