Ebay item won, now what?

Got a similar reply when I inquired about shipping costs for a small E-bay item.Don't know what to make of it. Claims to be in Canada. I know Canada has a large Chinese population, but what gives?

I won an ebay auction this morning, and had a question to the seller about which company they use to ship....

nothing..... no answer to my question..........


so, in MY EBAY, I send a request for total, and again ask HOW they ship, since my work address does not get USPS.
... and I copied myself on the request ...

here is what I got:

It appears to be an automatic response which requotes your email to them, but it got sent to you in Chinese.
