engine cuts out HELP!!!!

I have a 99 hayabusa motor I am running in a dwarf car.I have the complete wireing harness including all sensors even the dash.Also am using the power commander.Here is my problem.I can run a 8 lap heat race and the motor runs fine,about an hour later I run the feature several laps into the feature the motor stumbles @8200-8300 rpm.The temp.gauge on the dash never goes over half and the same temp is reached in the heat race.I can not figure out what is going on. I can not make this happen by running the car up and down the street.I am using k&n filters wich stick through the hood in open air.This has happend three weeks in a row and is starting to get old.I ran two races before this started with no problem.Only things i have changed since this started is the fuel delivery on the pc.I am running the # 7 map with 20% taken out of that map on the mid to high range.
Any help would be greatly appreciated seeing how im driving ten hours thursday to a race and would rather this didnt happen then.

Generally the cutouts have been traced to the fuel filters. I have no clue what your doing for a tank and fuel pump.

Thanks i have been told about that one and i am checking it tonight.The fuel cell is at the rear of the car and i have a small pump feeding the stock pump that is mounted on the injectors.Not sure if it makes any diff. but i run 114 octane fuel in it also.

Make sure your 2nd fuel pump is not pushing the pressure over 64-85 psi (pressure relief on the pump). Doubt this is your problem, but thought I would just throw it out.

Your problem sound like the same one I was having when my filters were clogged. Remember each injector also has a small screen.
