But I need to ask. In the first pic, is the tail-end that long or the swingarm actually shorter than stock? Or are my eyes playin tricks? Something just seems off a little bit.

Thanks Sum Beach, in the first pick it was all stock except for shortened cans (and stickers removed). Your eyes or the beers are playing tricks.
