exhaust and pair valve

whats the downside to leaving this on and installing an aftermarket exhaust system? I had a full yosh system on the bike for a while, seemed to run ok but had a flat spot in it around 3-4k. The problem was it was a high exit and hence no passenger pegs

I now have the normal exit pipe and am going to put it back on and have my local shop tune/remap it on their dyno.

The real question is, should I just order the block off kit and take the pair off or will it hurt to leave it on? My local shop is really good and are asking ~$140 to tune/map everything on the dyno. Is that price in line? thoughts?

you can always leave it on and put amarblein thebig hose does same thing looks hooked up but isn't

custom Johnnycheese map 165.0/100.4
and my dyno some say read low

custom mapping is always done with a PC there is nothing custom about a YOSH box
