Exhaust pref

Pipe..I did find that link while searching today...for looks that is IMO the best looking system out. I also heard the big bird clip that was posted too. Is yours the big bird? It seem the manufactures site to view that pipe is not working.

Nice, Pipefighter how many horses did they add?  Toyz, here's how the other side looks!  and Painless4U the location is up the road from Peaches and you can get the chrome from CSC: or Tara Motorsports in the ATL, from reah I purchased mine:http://www.taramotorsports.com/index2.htm
Very nice bike smoke

is a link to my thread that has pics of the HMF dual high mount exhaust.
Hey Pipe, I'm reading in here and other places that you have to use plenty of heat shield around the plastics. You did this as well. Did you wrap your headers too? Is the wrap just to keep the heat in and not out? Looks like severl people had to add extra foil heat tape around the plastic and these pipes are a ##### to install. I saw one guy that actually polished his entire system, looked very nice.

I think that wrapping your headers cause you pipes to degrade a lot faster. Check out jet-hot.com They have cermaic coating that keeps you pipes cooler and even produce more power. It doesnt cost an arm and a leg to do either

cool I lived off Cat Creek Road..........Ol Peaches, that place is bad bad!!!!! You should turn the breakroom into a sportbike hangout if its still on Northside Dr...........

Man I miss old Valdosta,,,,,,,please send me back to the States!!!!!!!!!!

You can go to their website and tell them what you want, and they will send you a quote. They will also send magazine articles that show their coated pipes making more power than regular pipes. I sent in a quote for two 3 foot pipes about 3 inches in diameter and they quoted me at 20 bucks. The most expenisve part was shipping. I think rhythm or rev have used jet hott. I just got some microns and i may even get those jet hotted when my cash gets right

Thanks I'll check it out. I've got a muzzy titanimum that i will be install when the weather warms up. I'm afraid of overheating this summer after I install the pipe and I think this will help with the additional heat from the header.

I think they have a polished looking coat if thats what your going for me myself perfer strait black

Yeah, the two looks good, but the single does provide for more power.  I went to the Yosh, but my fellow Busaologist went to the muzzy, do to some info. from the dealer in Lake City, Florida and he gained two more horses than I have and saved $150.00. So, as a result I want the muzzy an don't have the cash, yet!!!!  Here's a picture of my set up:
Smoke your bike is looking awesome

I run the same system as you and would not trade the looks or sound for anything except a TRS dual tip ti can. I do like the looks of them. Again your Busa is looking killer.

Here is the quote I just got from jethot.

We'd charge $145 to coat your header in the Sterling finish. The midpipe
would be done for $15 per foot. Add $20 for the flat black, blue or grey
finish. We'll need them here for 3-5 days plus shipping time back. If
the parts are chrome or nickel plated, add $40 to the total and 2 days
for stripping. Return shipping would be about $27.

I'm also looking at a company http://www.performancecoatings.com
They quote $110 on the web site.

Man thats kind of steep It should be no more than about 150 for a full single can exhaust. I got quoted on the 2000 degree flat black though so those colors may cost a little more. Did you call or just do the online form?

Hey man those are damn good prices. Do they include labor

. Have you called them yet i might have changed my mind bout jet hot
