Fairing Removal

I haven't done this adjustment but it looks like it's on the right hand side of the air intake with the tank lifted up.
Yeah it's on the throttle side of the bike...Below the air box...

Went to the local Suzuki dealer yesterday and ordered the inner pannel that I cracked, and some exhaust gaskets. The pannel was $18 which seemed ok but the exhaust gaskets were $6.50 each? Man, that seems expensive! anyway, I got to order the block-off kit and the dogbones - didn't wrench any yesterday, but more progress today.

kb97, I don't think that you could get the turnsignals off without taking off the nose cone, but I might be wrong. This is the first time for me having the fairings off so I don't speak from experience. I did look up into the area where the turnsignals are and it would be a tight squeeze for a wrench, socket, your hands, etc.... and since I already cracked the right inner pannel I'll err on the side of caution with the plastic from now on.

I have been told you can change the signal lenses without pulling the nose off but, it is a lot easier to get to when it is off.

Got the exhaust and pair valve off today, ordering the block off kit and dogbones today. Went four wheeling with the wife & kidsand got pretty muddy. More pics when I get some noticeable progress.
