Fairing screens?

I don't like the 2 part stuff and if it is only good for 95 degrees, you will have a problem. I bought a small tube of liquid nails, it was in a yellow tube and is good for metal, plastic and other materials and extreme temperatures. Wish I could remember the exact one, but just go to walmart or lowes and find a tube that will work. It's a lot quicker than mixing the other stuff and easier to work with.

i used window clear silicone on my gen 1 way back and held up fine. they did make the bike pop but i haven't done it to my gen 2 yet.

If you're gonna use an epoxy, just make sure it's high temp. The stuff I used was for engines, last time I checked, they get kinda hot right?

Here's mine...
Cut them from a metal office trash can...
Formed them to shape. (I suggest wearing gloves)
Cleaned the area with some rubbing alcohol to remove any oils.
Taped them down with some duct tape to temporarily hold them in place.
Used a high heat engine gasket maker similar to an epoxy to adhere them. Takes about 6 hours to set, but I let them sit for 24 hours.
Then remove the duct tape and you are done. :beerchug:

Looking good Vega, the LED's are much brighter in those shots.

I too suggest the Hi temp epoxy, it does get hot in that area.
