Dude...let the event time get a bit closer (like with-in 2 weeks) and then start asking around. Most likely someone will let you crash w/ them for a night or two. Don't be shy.
Not to mention there are bound to be cancellations. So stay on top of all the hotels one week prior. We'd love to see you there!

OK! I have been on the phone for Two days now looking for a place somewhere in the vicinity of Robbinsville, on or about Sept. 24. Everyone I tried said something about a bunch of Busa Misfits ganging up on the Dragon that weekend If all those places are full of our guys like they said, it will be bigger than the Spring Bash.

great news Kevin. I am looking forward to You, Ronnie, George and maybe Don, if he doesnt take the trailer, and myself riding up together. I am ready to just kick back and relax and not have any plans at all, just do whatever at the spur of the moment things. I neeed a break from everday life, cant wait for the vacation.
