Fall Bash Dates Sept 28-30

(malaysiansensation @ Jul. 02 2007,15:39) Hi, I'm new to this forum... and got a little lost. My buddy and I are planning a road trip for weekend of 7/13 - 7/16 from Chicago heading south probably Daytona.

(1) Anybody interested in joining the 'convoy'?
(2) Any tips/ pointers/ advice for riding in that direction?
(3) Where can I find chicago busa riders?

If you guys are coming through Chattanooga TN I would like to meet you and maybe ride a little while. If you have time we could do a little detour and I could show you the Tail of the Dragon and Cherohala Skyway...it would take acout two hours.

K, I'll be there, Oh wait I have not asked for the time off from work yet. Crap!!! Anywho, gonna leave MA on Wednesday morning, drop my kid off in VA near Lynchburg, drive 387 more miles to the GAP putting me there sometime Thursday before noon. I''l have to pull out Saturday after dinner, go back to VA p/u my kid and Mother in Law, drive her to IAD in DC for an International flight out on Sunday and head home from there... Agghhhhhhh But I'll be there...

BusaSamurai and I rode from Augusta, GA and back all in one day to the Spring Bash. That's not happening again. I plan to get a hotel and relax after ripping through the Mountains.

I'm in! Just reserved room 103 for the 26th -30th. Semi was planning on going, but I have not yet talked to omslaw so I will have room in the trailer for 1 maybe 2 busas. I'll post up when I know for sure.
