Sounds like the preload may not be setup equally. The only time I've felt a bike sway in the corner was when I had the preload on one fork different than the preload on the other fork. Back them both off counting the turns. Make sure you tighten them back down the same amount.
Set the sag to rest in the center of travel with you on the bike wearing your gear, all of it. Follow the manual for proper compression and rebound.
If you still get the swaying effect you are pushing the tires too hard, and they are trying not to let go and cause a lowside.
I have tracked my 08 a few times now, and I have not had any cornering issues all the way down to the pegs.
