I was going to say that if all you did was change the exhaust then it has to be something to do with the O2 snesor. Did you get the bypass plug for the O2 sensor with the pipe?
That sounds like a mistake, I thought all pipes were supposed to come with that, and I've yet to see one that didn't. Worst case it should only be a couple bucks.
Order one from Boostbysmith. I think its $12. I gaurantee that you will find this to be your problem. Or you could just get the ECU Editor interface and cut the o2 sensor "off" and tune the fuel map while your at it.

OK, went to Brocks website, saw picture of bypass plug.
Shorted the plug on the bike side same as bypass plug would do.
Works just fine, no more light and no codes
