Finally

Stock gearing is 18/46.
Like Craash said speedohealer will fix your speedometer, and ss lines and master cylinder are a big brake improvement.
Ebc HH extreme pro pads are great too.
Here's the manual, it'll come in handy, even if you only need it for torque specs.

Is there an easy way to tell what kind if sprocket is on the rear without removing it or counting teeth?

Where can I get a Speedo healer from?

There is also a plug and play harness available, and it plugs in near/above the stator cover. You have to remove the fairing, and the fairing needs to come off to remove the front sprocket cover too. You can get the front sprocket cover off with completely removing the fairing, but it's alot easier to get the fairing out of the way.

Some brands will have the tooth count stamped on them, but you'll probably just have to count.
Front sprocket nut and axle nut are both 36mm if you decide to change them too.

It seems the setup he has is 16/43 although I wouldn't think that would cause such high RPMs

Yeah, you're down 2 teeth from stock. The driven sprocket has to go around that much more to make the rear turn the same as before. It's gonna rev noticeably higher.

So I guess I will just go back to stock both sprockets then. I mean it sounds good but I don't think I will miss it. The acceleration is gonna be there still I'm sure!!!

Sorry about that, didn't realize I typed 18/46 above.:beerchug:

18/45 is a nice gear. It gives you a little more torque towards the front end of the throttle and it still gets decent mileage. You can look for about 34 if you're a bad boy and 37 if you treat it right. It turns about 5K at 80 MPH.
