First boot purchase...

I'm looking to make my first boot purchase and i'm not sure what will fit my needs. Basically I as thinking something good to wear under my jeans but would also be appropriate for a track day. Need to be full length to fit over my leathers. I was planning to spend between $200-300

These have caught my eye:

I have Desmo and like them very much.
They run skinny like Nike so if you have fat feet they may not work .

i can't wear puma sneakers, they're way too narrow.

SIDI are mostly narrow also. I re-ordered mine, they now hace a wide version for we folks with wide feet. You need to tell them about wide feet if you have them. Also, order a size larger than you would normally need. But I do like mine very much.
