They look identical to me.

Here's another 'teaser'. HotBodiesRacing is coming out with an (obviously after-market for the Gen2) vented front fender...I'll be showing it off in about 2-3 weeks.

I haven't heard that much whining about the fender.

But...like I said previously, it's impossible to please everyone (paraphrased, of course).

I have heard some grumblings. A few people I chat with, and a few non busa riders looking for something wrong with it. So I figured I would start putting it to bed early. Leave my Gen II alone!!!

That is all.

Now I am waiting for pics of this "vented" front fender... mid-October

I would love to get some of the crack that the designer and who ever approves the design for the cans is smoken!!!
I think Suzk is getting kickbacks from the aftermarket pipe industry! It sucks to drop 10 grand on a bike and have to immed run out and drop another 1000 on a set of pipes because the ones on the bike look like a set of solid rocket bosters stolen off the space shuttle!!

I'm sure the designers at Suzuki don't care for them much either. Government mandates screw up exhaust designs.

I personally like the front fender on gen1 models. I also love the blue on the white. Until 08 models hit the 06LE was the exact model I lusted over, went to sleep daydreaming about, then dreamed about in my sleep for the two years until '08. The first thing I thought, however, was "wow that would look KICK ASS with blue instead of gray. Now this ALMOST makes me regret buying an 08. However, I think it would do better with less gray, more blue, and blue rims. Now that would be a killer bike, and I would most likely sell my 08 to buy it.

Me too....

For '09 there is $15k of my sweat up for grabs and Suzi pretty much pi**ed it away with this lack luster line up - hel*, they didnt even smurf up a cool color for the Gixx750 (my back up plan). Saddens me.

Why not a copper / silver to commemorate 10 years? I had a spot ready for it and my '06 needs some relief...

A good over the top color scheme for the 750, a unique bike in its own class! Heck, I already have to re-pipe, map and spring it.... no sense in having to re-paint the dam*ed thing too...

That jack is starting to point to a bank in Bologna Italy... I do need a track bike with some character...

i kinda dig the white...i wish they had better color options though. and as cool as the kanji is, a solid color or straight 2 tone without the big kanji would be sweet.

There is an 09 white at ARS Powersports, dealer in Okeechobee FL, They want $12,600 OTD right now for the one on the floor. Or you can get the 08 for $10,800 OTD.

Those look like really low prices, if that includes sales tax. Especially since these are the first of the new models. Pricing here in Houston is 12,499 unless you press then they would go to 11,999 plus everything else. I have heard OTD (including sales tax) of 13,400.

oh and no one has them around here.......

I agree the blue is not the best in that scheme. The pic sound1 had of his white/red with a few mods looked great and that last pic of the white/blue with the yoshis looked good too. I would love to have either one but my 99 is still kickin'
