Wow! Big difference. I really like the new handling. The front comes right up in 2nd now and accel. is awesome.I leaned way forward over the tank and gunned it in 1st to break the rear free -and the front STILL came right up! Cool. I wouldn't recommend changing from stock unless you're planning on riding it pretty hard, though. Def revs higher and doesn't help gas mileage.

I would recommend doing the stainless lines to anyone with a bike with a few years or a lot of miles. I have an 04 and noticed the brakes getting spongy a while back and it def cures that. I only changed out the front lines because I only use the rear in an emergency and don't want to lock it up on accident and highside.

I have a 42T and a new 17T and a new chain sitting at the house waiting ... have to get the SS lines still and about $500 worth of other random things

I didn't take out enough links on my new DID chain I guess...I got it adjusted right but it's close to being all the way out. I have a new masterlink in the way.

Also, I changed the coolant out and it took me forever getting all the air out of the system. I had to keep squeezing the hose coming from the top of the radiator.
