only stupid question is the one not asked man - i don't mean to sound like I didn't see him in my rears or anything - but, the fact of the matter is - he hit the gas, i downshifted and let the throttle rip and I was gone. I could see he wasn't like a mile behind or anything - but a 3+ car length lead after a few exits was kinda funny. When we first took off the bike jumped out like a cheetah on the pounce.

Just met a local Busa racer, Tim Jacobs, who's telling me about the Texas Shootout series they have around here with everything from stockers to all-out crazy Busas. He's got some crazy Busas too. LOL!
