Ok so how about a "hot" appetizer or 2? maybe something easy like a

Queso Dip/salsa/chips?
Veggie trays
other suggestions?
 
You can but we are trying to collect ahead of time so that we are not shoveling out $1500-$2000 out of pocket this time around before we even leave for vacation.

There is a PayPal link on the first page of this thread or if you would rather you can mail out a check and you will be covered ahead of time. I will post everything that shows up so there is no questioning who, what and where it all went.

If you want to mail a check let me know and I will PM you the address.

we were going to close the pre-pay about 10 days before bash.. (when we have to start purchases)
 
Yeah yeah Im here, trying to get these East Coasters to ride geez what a chore! Ok my count has dropped again wife and kids not going now, gotta call John he left me message last night...gotta wait till payday to paypal my order but don't forget me!
