? For professional tuners only!!!

Sounds to me like you have a vacuum related problem such as the disconnected hose that others have mentined...also check that your airbox seals tight all the way around or it will change the manifold pressure and the ECM
will try to adjust to a setting that it sees and is not the real state of tune thereby creating fluctucating fuel delivery. The fact that you have tried a few different tuning things and the bike really hasn't responded means that there is a "governor" somewhere and this usually equates to a relatively sizeable one when you do find the culprit. Also make sure your filter screens are clean and there is no sediment build up anywhere. That redline is wayyyyy too much...get that
squared away also. Good Luck.

Well, I have almost ran all of the fuel out of tank with the Red Line in it. I am going to put in a set of fresh plugs and I think I am going to go up one heat range. I returned the ECM back to stock settings(not that I can tell a difference)and I am going to ride it and see if it still smokes. If it does(which it will) then I will swap a stock ECM in from a 99 stock busa and see what it does. If it stops smoking and runs lean or has a lot of hesitations(which it should with stock settings)I'll know that my ECM is screwed(inwhich I am screwed)and if it still smokes and coughs then I still have a mechanical problem. Screwed up IAP or TPS? Maybe my YOSH BOX is screwed up. I dont know, I am just hunting. Maybe I need a PC2. Anyone have a perfect map for one with a Duplex and full airbox mod? OR how about a pro-tuner in south east texas with a GOOD dyno and an air fuel meter. I hate to have to ride all the way up to where Motorhead is just to get my bike tuned!!

ZX if you are the original owner of the bike the ECU will be covered if it is out of factory warranty by Fed. warranty.I forgot how many miles it is with your paper work you get when you buy the bike .If you are not the original owner that is a different story

Well I put in fresh fuel and spark plugs although the ones that were in there were much cleaner then 130 miles ago. Either the Redline cleaned them or the plugging of the vacuum leak helped but anyway I install an unmodified ECM out of a Bone Stock 99 and My bike runs exactly the same. A few hesitations and still smokes slightly under hard revving (6 or 7K) but I dont know if it smokes under a true hard load.I am going to have a friend of mine follow me tonight and I will run it and he can see if it is smoking. I cant tell a difference for the 99 ECM and mine even when mine is mapped 5,5,5. Would you be able to tell a difference on the street anyway? I dont think you can feel the 4 or 5 hp on the street but what do I know? I am going to try to map it again say 10,5,5 and see if the hesitation gets worse or better, either way it should do something from my 0,0,0.Maybe my Yosh box doesnt work? It lights up but.... I think I am just going to take it to the track and see what it does. What do you pros think?
