Force In Numbers!

I am writing Suzuki today asking for their explanation and a expected fix, and a confirmation that this will be covered under warrantee in a timely fashion. I did not spend this much money for a lemon.I have never been so worried about a motorcycle, and I have drove many many OLD bikes that were reliable, and well, it may be time to get a real bike.. what would it be? A zx12?

Found this number on their web for customer service at their American coporate Office (714) 996-7040. There is even an extension for us...

Charles Dennison of Suzuki UK stated to me in conversation on this subject that one of the failure modes is for the rear wheel to lock.

Do not assume this is not a life threatening situation.

I have raised the problem to the UK Vehicle Inspectorate and they are investigating but have no legal powers - only a code of conduct.

Suzuki UK have put a new tensioner in my already new replacement engine which is "quality assured".

I will poll now.

We must group and take on with local goverment agency and plan a good campaign against Suzuki.

The poll is the first step. However, we already have enough evidence. All that counts are failures of re-worked tensioners like my case.
