Seems like NASCAR to me. I too dreamed of being a F1 driver. My grandparents lived within earshot of Silverstone, I spent many summer days and evenings listening, watching and dreaming.
F1 is (was?) the pinnacle of automobole racing. It's a shame that Ecclestone et al don't realize that the draw of F1 is the fact that it's the antithesis of NASCAR, both spiritually and technically. The budgets are obscene, the racing is dangerous, the tracks are legendary, the drivers secondary to the machinery. I hope these measures don't pass, although they prolly would benefit the drivers safety, they would ruin the sport.
