It won't be any different than the CNN settlement. Nobody admits fault, nobody claims victory, business goes back to usual. And the sheep stay herded.

Nope, there is a clause that Fox does not have to say anything publicly and worse yet, the most damning parts of the evidence has been redacted to boot.
