What color is that?

the color is a new jeep color, rescue green. i think it looks better on the bike than the jeep though. the curves really show the pearls in the sun.

this just came in. bought off someone on ebay, real nice machining. worth the $55 imo

needed to clearance the back of it slightly for the swingarm but that was expected.

i think i'm gonna redo the gauge cluster next - paint the bezel, new faces & POSSIBLY changing led color, but here's a few goodies.

That rezzy is from SAE outlaw Performance, a site sponsor here.

I had him machine some off that area for me, as I had the bike so low it would have been a clearance problem. On a stocker, it would have been fine.

update:
rear spring was just too mushy w/ the new arm. dave @ trac dynamics suggested a 16.1kg spring. once i got it off & spanners loosened up, i only needed another 1/2" to remove the retainer, this worked like a charm. i wouldnt try it on a car strut, but for the slight compression needed it was all good.

soooo, gauges faces didnt work out, but have gotten a few odds/ends finished up in between riding:
had tank pinstriped

got passenger seat finished
