I like to call the Kawasucki What part was uncomfortable about the Busa? I have seen people with adjustable pegs and bar risers. Aren't those available for Busas?

Ironically, I sold my ZX-14 a month ago and bought a Busa ! The ZX-14 is a comfortable ride, very fast, big and has good brakes. I got tired of the engine heat, the fan running constantly, the big size, poor handling and 33 miles per gallon on premium. Now that I am back on a Busa I am thrilled ! It seems so much lighter, better handling and cooler running. I feel like I am riding a GSXR1000 compared to riding the ZX-14. Not quite the horsepower of the ZX-14 but thats easy to fix if I need more. (I dont) Good luck to you and your hubby !

A stock Gen1 Busa is down over 20 horsepower on a stock ZX-14. Its not my opinion...its fact.

My Star was upset with me after I rode the 14. She started giving me some shifting issues. Rocky looked at me and said "I know I should've kept the Busa." I just shook my head. That 14 was pretty sweet though but it didn't fit me at all. I'm on my tippy toes and it's almost like riding a cruiser. My busa is soooo comfy and it fits me very well. I'll give thismuch to the 14... it does look pretty cool in my rearview mirror!

Well the shop yesterday said that one of the valve seals busted so they're replacing it. Then they said something about the cam tensioner.

The only thing I like about the 14 is the front. The way the lights look is awesome, but I would not trade my Busa for one. I sat on a 14 a month or so ago and I think that it is too high as well. Anyway are you taking it to Jax Powersports to get it fixed?
