Front brakes replaced

That's why I was surprised that you was changing pads at 3700 miles, I think I was slightly above 20000 miles before changing front and rear , there isn't a lot of material even on new pads especially comparing it to a car .
I wasn't trying to be funny, only offering advice

Yea I get it. Its hard on brakes here where I live. Its constant traffic. Ive done a few road trip on it but its mostly commuting for me. I am not the weekend warrior. I ride to work most days. I go out to get something to eat I ride. I ride just for the hell of it. May not be long distance but I ride it. Here 10 miles often takes an hour or more to make the trip. Ive had my kickstand down on the interstate waiting for traffic to move.
 
OE pads are thicker than EBC by about 1.5 mm. The old pads were 2.7mm and the ebc were back up to about 3.5mm. But on the flip side OMG the difference in braking power.
