front intermittent rattle noise over bumps

Got exactly the same problem, done the zip tie and all good, fender good and braided lines secured, stabilizer ok, the simplest of things..... looked down from the top through forks and noticed the plastic inner fairing pieces had 2 x clips missing on either side! hard to notice in bad light,

Back from the dead I know.
Just wanted to throw my experience out there.
I am having a similar if not identical issue.
I believe it to be my front brake pads rattling around over bumps.
I have yet to resolve the issue, I'm still researching.
I read somewhere of someone using RTV silicone on the pads, clamping them in place on the callipers so they are in place against the pots until they've cured.
they claim this cured the issue.

As a reference, I have stock callipers on my K6 and EBC HH pads.

I've had that a lot with windscreen rattle. A whole lot.....
