Front sprocket / speedo

I know the speedo on my Busa is off, Way Off at the higher speeds, but I was wondering, if I change to a 16T front, will that change the speedo any more one way or the other? Where does the speedometer pick up its reading from? Thanks

yes it will, you will need a speedo healer to correct it.

I just added a 16 tooth front and per GPS my speedo is off 10 mph in the 50 - 100 mph range.
You need to get a speedo healer or else you're going to be putting on a lot of extra miles on your odometer.

I checked a lot of places and they were all pretty closely priced. I went with streetntrack since they support the board.
