Fuel Injector Cleaner

Who is using fuel injector or fuel system cleaner? A previous post recomended "Redline" products.How about the more common ones like STP, Chevron, Gumout ect. What about the new synthetic fuel system cleaners? They claim to be better. All opinions are welcome.

STP Total Fuel System Cleaner.

It costs more than the rest, but it works a dream. Use half a bottle in a full tank. It even cleans the pistons and the inlet valves.

It's a good idea to use it right before a service, so that the (probably) contaminated oil is changed, and you adjust the valves with the new clearences (without the carbon deposits).

You can feel the difference after 100 miles - not bad.
