Fuel injectors

I have an 06 Hayabusa and I was wondering if the placement of fuel injectors matters when reinstalling them? And if so how can I tell which order they are supposed to be in? Thank you.

Thank you. I have another question for you if you can help. I had gas leaking out of 1 injector by way of the o rings and it got into the plugs of the wire harness for the fuel injectors now my bike blowing smoke (unburnt fuel) out of exhaust. Has the wire harness been shorted causing injectors to just dump fuel or is it something else I need to look at? This didn’t happen before the gas leak. Thank you for any info you may have.

Sounds like you have some other issues. The injector may be stuck open. Definitely check the harness for any shorts.
