AFTER CHANGING EVERYTHING,SCREENS,FILTERS,ETC.I HAVE FOUND THAT MY FUEL PUMP UNDER FULL THROTTLE DROP FROM 43PSI TO 32-35PSI,AND THIS IS WHERE MY POWER WAS GOING AFTER 9200RPM.IF ANYBODY HAS FELT LIKE THERE BIKE IS FLAT UP TOP CHECK THE PRESSURE?
NO,IT'S A FACTORY SUZUKI PART.IT'S EXPENSIVE ,IT ALSO IS IN THREE PARTS A HOSE,GAUGE,AND ADAPTER.THERE'S A 10MM BOLT BESIDE THE REGULATOR WHERE THE PRESSURE IS CHECKED.
Anyway, the fuel pressure should always be 43 psi above the throttle body. The vacuum operated fuel presure regulator helps with this.
High vacuum allows more fuel to revert back to the fuel tank.
As you know you will get more fuel out of the injectors at 43 psi than 32 psi given the same duration.

What is the part number(s) for the gauges etc?
Maybe the pump was misassembled after the recall was done. There is a plastic collar that is shaped like a cylinder. One side is beveled at the opening inner diameter, The other side is not, This piece could easily be inverted by mistake when reassembling.

Bob the gauge and adapter numbers are in the service manual, listed on the pages showing the use of the gauge. And in the back showing all the special tools.
BOB,MOST LIKELY IT WAS FROM ALL THE CUTOUT'S.AT ONE TIME I WAS 10MI. FROM HOME IT STARTED DYING.I HAD TO COAST HOME AND KEEP TURNING THE ON/OFF KILL SWITCH UNTIL BIKE WAS PRIMED AND WOULD CRANK.IT MUST HAVE SUCK AIR A COUPLE TIMES AND SOME HOW DAMAGE THE PUMP.THE BIKE AT IDLE STILL PRODUCE 43PSI WITH THE VACCUM LINE UNHOOKED FROM THE REGULATOR,BUT AS SOON AS YOU TURN THE THROTTLE HARD IT WOULD DROP.IT WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY AND I DO MY OWN WORK!
You mentioned that plastic collar with the beveled edge. Which way is the correct orientation?? I put the beveled edge towards the o-ring. There didn't seem to be any reason for a beveled edge on the other end of the assembly.
