Hi All,

Contribute as I remb I did search but did not manage to find Gen 2.5 Fuel Pump in our forum.

For the future members who need the reference, here you are.

Before you buy any waste any penny on anything, please do a fuel flow test.

How to change aftermarket pump:

Parts number: 15100-15H11 (whole assemble)
Paper Filter: 15420-05H00
Strainer filter: 15610-14J00 (strainer is build in, unable to remove for cleaning. Have to replace whole set as 1 with the regulator)

May I wish you will never use my info for your bike.

OK all,

Update. So recently after changing of fuel pump due to fuel pump poor performance (which was actually the poor contact relay) and yes I thrown the old fuel pump away.

Brought the QFS HP386 by high fuel flow. 1st 2k miles was OK. And if you had been following my story. My bike is in a mess and I am slowly untie it 1 by 1. And yes I resolve my stva issue and now bike still bog on 5k rpm.

So my last time when I reassemble the pump after the problem occur. I realise QFS given the O ring size is slightly bigger then the original 1 (yes I have thrown my old original o ring).

I had order the new oem o ring. Hope that this will solve the problem.

OK black ring is original. Brown is by quantum fuel pump system. Brown is slightly bigger than oem. Replace all to original O ring.

Bike still same.

What is the possible reason of a no Fi code but bike unable to Rev past 5k rpm?

Also at 5k rpm I can hear like a "pop pop" sound. Is it a mis fire?

Finally bike is roaring.

The Strainer filter: 15610-14J00 has been replaced.

Now my busa is almost perfect.

I still on off experience cold start stalling. I left with clutch I did not touch and there is obvious chattering since the sympton start.

I guess my next job is to remove and tighten back the clutch stud and monitor again.
