Gen 2 Running Fault… Kiwi needs your ideas please!

"I’ve test ridden it and it misfires and hesitates from idle speed up to around 2000 rpm then when opening the throttle the misfire goes away and performance is normal."

Does anything in the tune change at this RPM? All the plugs the same color? Maybe put an infrared temp sensor on each header pipe? Just spit balling / good luck.
 
Should throw a code, and should misfire throughout the entire rev range.
Ok.. here’s the deal, I tested fuel pressure, 45psi, fuel delivery rate, within spec.
I then added a fuel injection system cleaner ( 330ml can of fluid) to a full tank of 98 unleaded fuel.
Changed the plugs to standard heat range NGK iridium gapped to 28 thou “
Replaced air filter with new OEM paper type…
Test ride for 25kms …. Country roads, 60 to 70mph, beautiful weather conditions, 22 degC low humidity light winds.
Bike runs perfectly now, no misfire at low rpm any more.
She’s fixed!!

Been back to working full time now but start at 9am ( gentleman’s hours) to 4:30pm
5 days a week.
It’s a well set up shop with loads of new and quality tools and equipment.
I’m contracting to the owner of the shop so I’m self employed now.
