Gen3 problem

The next point I will make is the bike is still under warranty right?

Take it to a dealer and tell them to fix it...with 100 miles on it.....

Technically you shouldn't be fiddling with it too much while under warranty.
Okay thank you so much i m doing that right now as i m typing this .

Yes after reading your message I tried riding it again and i saw the pattern, it works like this at first it goes off at 2 miles then second time it goes off a little less then 2 miles and the 3rd time a little less then second time and it continues just like this until it reaches a point where i start the bike and it goes off in a second

Do you have to ride it to the dealership or will they pick it up?

If you still have it, when it is in this condition open the gas tank. Is there the sound of air rushing in? Does it then start right away? They may have kinked hoses when they put the tank down and thus it cannot draw fuel.

Personally, I would be more confident in the techs here guiding him to correct an issue like that then sending it back to the people who caused the issue.

Find out your legal rights for your country and make sure everything is documented and you have a copy of all repairs carried out
Hopefully they find the fault straight away and you can go enjoy the busa

If the bike was 20 yrs old and had X amount of miles on it, I agree, the techs here are the ones to resolve this...when a bike has 100 miles on it...the dealer has to be responsible...just like @dave s said, hopefully India has the same sort of replacement policy as everyone else and if this can't be resolved he gets another bike..

I know if it were me, I'd be totally pissed off and be fighting tooth and nail to get the bike replaced...I am a loyal Suzuki fan but something like that would drive me to another brand...

We know it's not uncommon for new models of anything to have issues, but the gen3 continues to have them.
Even in low numbers, it's bad.
I'm suprised that Suzuki, especially the Busa has these problems, but more so that Suzuki isn't doing anything about it, at least publicly(still no front brake recall).
Had I bought a new gen3 and had any of it's reported problems, I can't imagine how angry I'de be.

I agree.....every new model has it's gremlins to be worked out...

Suzuki's response isn't impressing me.

Given the fact it gets worse and worse as you ride, could there be something heat related that is getting heat soaked causing the issue? Sorry to hear you are having this issue though!

They came to my place for normal checking and service when they opened the tank and removed spark plug to check, what the saw was that sparkplugs are busted, they changed it replaced it amd after that they found out that the fuel pump was pumping the double amount of fuel in the cylinder

This is a very unlikely possibility, but I've seen it before and the symptoms sound kinda similar...

See if something sucked into your airfilter and is restricting your airflow.

Buddies 636 sucked in a plastic bag when he wasn't looking (we actually think someone might have put trash in his inlet) and he could start it and make it a few minutes down the road and then the engine would die.
